If Your Insurance Could Talk
Insight Most people don’t pay attention to their insurance details. Once it’s purchased, the policy often sits quietly in the background — unnoticed, unread, and rarely thought about. Strategy To help people reconnect with their insurance, we turned the policy into something more relatable: a character with a voice. Inspired by the familiar school essay “Aku Sebatang Pensil,” we imagined what insurance would say if it could speak. By personifying the insurance policy, we transformed a typically complex and overlooked product into a storyteller that explains its own role in people’s lives.
